Room in a shared flat

I will be traveling for one month and am therefore subletting my room in a spacious 4.5-room maisonette apartment for 1 month. The room is part of a wonderfully located shared apartment directly next to the Bahnhof Oerlikon – only 10 meters away! Despite the proximity to the station, modern windows allow for a quiet atmosphere, so that one can sleep well even with train traffic. The apartment extends over two floors, which offers a lot of privacy. Even if someone receives guests in the living/dining room or on the huge terrace, it remains quiet in the upper bedrooms. The apartment is completely furnished, and the offered room will also be furnished. Additionally, the apartment has two bathrooms, each with a WC as well as a shower or bathtub. I am looking for a suitable flatmate for my two lovely WG-flatmates from Italy, who are both employed and between 24 and 29 years old. They are friendly, sociable, and very fond of cooking for everyone. Since both are employed, they wish for a quiet person who is ideally of a similar age and also employed, but can also turn up the energy when it counts.
