3 ½ rooms apartment

The apartment, newly renovated in 2020, is located directly by the most beautiful St. Gallen church, in the cozy Linsebühl. Due to the skylights and south-facing windows, one has a wonderful natural light source from early morning until late evening. The renovation through carpentry craftsmanship is impressive. Lots of solid wood, a kitchen made entirely of cherry wood, and a fireplace in the living/dining area are the main features of this apartment. But the bathroom with the large tiles and the laundry tower also immediately catches the eye. Instead of a cellar compartment, there is an additional room (approx. 20sqm) on the upper floor, which can be used as an optimal storage room as well as a drying room for clothes.
