We are renting out our beautiful, furnished and light-filled 3-room apartment from 1 January 2027 until 31 March 2027.
The apartment is located in the architecturally distinctive Diener & Diener development, in the heart of Kleinbasel’s popular Matthäus neighbourhood. Particular highlights include the spacious shared rooftop terrace and the beautiful enclosed communal garden.
The apartment features two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen and a winter garden. A parking space in the underground garage is also included.
The community in the building is wonderful and lively. People of different generations live here together – families with children, couples and individuals. The shared rooftop terrace and enclosed garden provide plenty of space for children to play safely and freely. And perhaps there is an unusually high number of architects living here too. :)
The location is ideal: the Rhine is only a 10-minute walk away, while the city centre can be reached in approximately 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. Numerous cafés, restaurants and beautiful parks are all within easy walking distance.
The apartment is rented out fully furnished and is decorated in a child-friendly way. However, it is also perfectly suited to a single person or a couple.
