The apartment is a charming and spacious **120 m2 old-building apartment** in a quiet and green residential area. The available room is approx. **18 m2**, furnished and ready to move into. It is bright, practical and ideal for a clean, tidy and respectful person looking for a calm place to live close to Zurich and Zollikon, and who would fit well into a young shared flat.
