Only 10 minutes walking distance from the Lugano station, I am looking for a successor for a large studio apartment in Massagno, available from 1 October 2026 (entry date can potentially be agreed upon 15 days before or after). The apartment is rented fully furnished and is well-organized in terms of space. It is equipped with a kitchen with electric hob, dishwasher, large refrigerator with double-door freezer and private washer-dryer. The furnishings are completed by a comfortable sofa, a large wardrobe and a one and a half person storage bed. The bathroom has a window and features a shower. There is also a practical storage room, ideal for storing suitcases and other items. The location is one of its strengths: the center of Lugano can be reached in about 5 minutes by bus, while the main supermarkets are reachable in 10 minutes on foot (Aldi, Migros and Denner).
