Hoi du! 👋 Since our dear roommate Leo is packing his moving boxes and leaving us 📦😢, a brilliant room in a dreamy and extremely spacious **5.5-room apartment** will become available as of 21.08 (or by arrangement)! Indefinite!!! We, that are **Noemi (32), Sofie (24)** and our sugar-sweet part-time dog guest **Mali** 🐶🐾 are looking for a new partner in crime who will enrich our WG life! 🎉 🏡 What awaits you in your new apartment * **Your realm:** 🛏️ Bright, cozy and unfurnished. The absolute highlight: You can see the train station, the bus, the boat pier and the glittering lake directly from your future bed! 🌊🚢 (By the way, you are welcome to buy some furniture from Leo upon request). * **The apartment:** 🔑 A real dream home with 5.5 rooms! This includes a large, cozy living room, a shared bathroom, a kitchen, a practical cellar compartment, an additional living room (which is currently still serving as Leo's packing station) and as many as **two balconies** ☀️ balconyvibes included! * **The neighborhood:** 🍷 A super lovely male WG lives right next door. We get along brilliantly and meet regularly for an uncomplicated glass of wine or an after-work beer 🍻 🦄 Who fits perfectly with us: * Ideally, you are female (or at least into men ✨😉), in a suitable age range and an uncomplicated, sociable personality 🍾😇. * In the best case, you eat vegetarian 🥕🥗 (not a must). * You love dogs and get along well with our little four-legged friend Mali. 🐕💚 * You appreciate an active WG life, where one occasionally toasts together, chats and laughs, but everyone can also very relaxed enjoy their privacy. 🧘‍♀️ 📋 The hard facts & financials: Since you will enter the rental agreement as **main tenant** together with Noemi, the real estate management requires the following criteria: * **Income:** Indefinite gross monthly income of at least **3'000 CHF** OR an employment relationship existing for at least 2 years with an income of also 3000 CHF. 💼 * **Deposit:** 2'000 CHF. 💰 * **Rent:** The total rent for the apartment is **2'639 CHF** per month (will of course be divided fairly). ⚖️ * **Additional costs:** Approx. 7 CHF/month for Mr. Green ♻️ + proportional household/legal protection (approx. 200 CHF/year) 🛡️ + electricity (approx. 30 CHF every 3 months) ⚡. * Washing machine and dryer are in the WG 💌 Sounds like your new match?
