A spot is becoming available in our shared apartment (WG) in an old villa in Winterthur. The special thing here: lots of greenery, a wide view over the city, and space to socialize and to retreat. The house includes a huge garden, a pool and two terraces – little everyday escapes right outside your bedroom door.

You have the choice
Currently, you can decide which of the two rooms suits you better:

• With its own terrace: CHF 1’300.– per month, excl. utilities. For everyone who prefers to drink their coffee outside and appreciates their own piece of space under the open sky.
• Without its own terrace: CHF 1’100.– per month, excl. utilities. The garden, pool and the communal outdoor areas naturally belong to your new home as well.

Who you will live with:
Alina (36), Lucia (31) and Cem (31).
We wish for an uncomplicated, considerate coexistence: sometimes eating together, sitting in the garden or letting the day wind down – and just as naturally closing the door and having time for yourself.
It is important to us that you feel at home here and feel like sharing this special place with us. This also includes looking after the house and garden together.

Who this is suitable for
For you, if you enjoy living in a shared apartment and the surroundings of your home also matter: being outdoors, breathing deeply, enjoying the wide view. Here you rent a room and share a whole piece of quality of life.
