Room in a shared flat

Since my current roommate unfortunately has to leave the city due to their studies, I find myself forced to look for a new roommate :))

The room is 13 m2 in size and available from 1.December 2026, or even a bit earlier if needed. It is located in a 3-room apartment on the 5th floor at Viktoriarain 7 3013 Bern. Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a balcony.

I am Joël and I am 29 years old. I work in a small biotech start-up and commute 1h to my workplace every day. Accordingly, I unfortunately cannot be home very often. The time I have at home, I like to spend with sports (fitness, jogging, hiking, padel), as long as there is movement. Due to these circumstances, I am looking for someone who does not necessarily long for an active shared apartment. Nevertheless, I also find it nice and important, and would wish that one gets along well and can also sometimes spend time together or do something together. In my free time, for example, I very much like going to concerts or the theater. If you share these passions, then we would already have a common denominator and potentially something we could do together (not an exclusion criterion).

Furthermore, I would not exactly call interior design my forte. So, if you would also like to realize your ideas in the shared living room, you are very welcome :)
