The apartment is ideal for a single person, a couple or a family looking for a modern home on a temporary basis in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Lucerne. The apartment was comprehensively renovated about a year ago and impresses with an open, timeless living concept, high-quality materials and pleasant **underfloor heating** throughout the apartment. The spacious living and dining area with open kitchen offers plenty of space to live and enjoy, and opens directly onto the sunny balcony.
