Room in a shared flat

For my modern, spacious 100sqm apartment, I am looking for a female flatmate. I am 24 years old myself and am also looking for a young person (up to approx. 30 years old).

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (lift available) in a 7-party house in a quiet location. In the surrounding area, there are many beautiful walking and cycling paths. Mainly flat.

Within walking distance or right around the corner, there is a Denner & Lidl as well as a Landi. A few bus stations further away is a large shopping center with everything one needs.

Bus stop reachable in 3 minutes on foot. From there, regular buses to Bahnhof Dielsdorf or Regensdorf-Watt, where S-Bahns run towards Zürich every half hour. Or every fifteen minutes by bus directly to Altstetten.

Available are a beautiful, (new!) furnished 20sqm room with an extendable bed, wardrobe, desk and various storage options as well as a (private!) bathroom directly next to the room with WC/shower. Living/kitchen/dining area incl. balcony as well as laundry tower in the main bathroom for shared use.

The room is offered exclusively furnished. Style/deco/pictures may be adapted to one's own taste after consultation. The bathroom may be furnished completely according to one's own needs. Basic equipment is available, but does not necessarily have to be taken over.

For living together, order, cleanliness and care as well as fair participation in the household are particularly important to me.

Smoking and pets are not permitted.
