3 rooms apartment

I'm looking for a subtenant for my stunning, fully furnished 3-room apartment, very centrally situated near Zurich mainstation and the Limmat river. Available for a 1 year sublease starting November 1, 2026, with a possible extension. The apartment, located on the 5th floor with elevator access, is exceptionally bright thanks to two private terraces overlooking the city of Zurich. Laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) are conveniently located in the building's basement. The apartment is set-up with one queen-sized bed. Applications from couples or individuals are preferred (no shared living arrangements / WGs possible). Please include a short personal note in your application. A debt enforcement record (Betreibungsauszug) and a private liability insurance must be provided, and a deposit of 2 months' rent is required. The rent is all-inclusive, covering utilities (Nebenkosten), internet and a professional cleaning service 1x per month.
