Room in a shared flat

For rent is a room of approx. 20 qm with an adjacent walk-in wardrobe (approx. 5 qm) in a large apartment (180 qm) over two floors with a garden. Additionally, there are two covered terraces (front and back), a fireplace in the living room, a sauna incl. plunge pool, a functional tiled stove in the parlor, underfloor heating, and a fully equipped kitchen, projector, private washing machine and tumbler, which you are of course allowed to use all. The room is to be rented temporarily for half a year.

We, Lennart (40 years), Henrike (32) and dog Kobold (12) have been living in this apartment for a good year and simply have a room spare, which is only used as a guest room. Therefore, we would now like to rent it to an uncomplicated person. Other pets such as dogs or cats are unfortunately not possible.

Lennart works as a physiotherapist and is happy after work to be able to tinker around in the garden and regenerate. Henrike works as a school psychologist and is also happy if it is rather quiet during the week. At the weekend we enjoy having visitors or are out and about, preferably with bikes or hiking. Often, house and garden work is also due at the weekend or currently also further training.

The location of the apartment is very quiet, in a small side street of the old village center of Volketswil, however directly next to the regularly ringing church. With the bus (directly around the corner) or bike, you are at Schwerzenbach station in 10 min and from there at the main station in 15 min. A Prima is also in the direct neighborhood, as well as various shopping centers and shopping opportunities in the town.
