1 room single room

Please read the advertisement carefully before contacting me. The room is limited to approx. 3 months, which means until the end of November. Possibly, the stay can be extended by another 15 days. I would like to rent the room to a female person.

I am renting out a furnished room in a 4-room apartment on the ground floor with a garden in Bern from now until the end of November, at the latest until 15. Dezember 2026. I am looking for a female person, ideally a student, who is looking for a room in Bern for a semester.
The room is furnished and ready for immediate occupancy.
