3 rooms apartment

The beautiful old building apartment with parquet floor and high ceilings on Hartplatz, the apartment was newly painted in 2023, has its own balcony and a shared roof terrace. The apartment is very large with three rooms, a shower and separate toilet, a large entrance area and a large kitchen with gas stove. The apartment is larger than the pictures suggest :-) Unfortunately, no dishwasher, as well as a shared washing machine (but very uncomplicated). Very nice and uncomplicated administration. I am looking for a smaller apartment in a quiet environment - preferably Wipkingen/Höngg/ Kreis 6, but also open to other locations. I would like to move primarily because the apartment is too big for a single household (ideal for couples!)
