2 rooms apartment

We are traveling and are offering our apartment for sublet from 1 November 2026 until at least the end of May 2027. The exact dates are negotiable. It is a small old building city apartment in the immediate vicinity of a tram stop (9 minutes to Bern Bahnhof) and various shopping facilities in the Breitenrain-Quartier. The apartment has two rooms, a spacious kitchen with a built-in bench and space for a dining table, three large built-in wardrobes, as well as a small bathroom with WC and a bathtub with shower. Additionally, there is a cellar compartment with a gravel floor. The stated rent includes service charges, electricity, Salt Home (Internet and TV) and various pieces of furniture (see pictures): sofa with table, piano, TV furniture, bed, office desk/standing desk (height electrically adjustable), bookshelf, chest of drawers in the hallway, dining table with a total of 6 chairs and a kitchen rack. Upon arrangement, only part of the furniture can be rented (without influence on the rental price). We do not rent to smokers, as the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and does not have a balcony.
