Room in a shared flat

In my beautiful 3.5 room apartment with a total of 80sqm + 9sqm balcony, a furnished or unfurnished room is available for rent immediately or by arrangement. The room is 14.5 sqm in size, has a window band across the entire width and is therefore flooded with light. A basement compartment, a laundry room, a communal bicycle cellar and a workshop are available. There is a modern kitchen, a large bright living room with the highlight of the apartment, the sunny south balcony and a wonderful view to the Alps. The apartment is located directly at the tram stop, which is not audible at all. Line 20, 15 minutes to Altstetten, 5 minutes to Dietikon. Two different train stations are within walking distance in 10 minutes. The apartment is located between the river and the outlets of the Uetliberg and the next shopping possibility is 8 minutes away on foot. Additionally, there is a public basketball and beach volleyball court. I myself come from Berlin, am 32 years old, have been working in Zurich as an architect for four years and am in the office from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, I usually work from home on my private projects. On weekends, I'm often on the go. I like to go to exhibitions with my friends, to the water in the summer, sometimes to workshops or also on trips. I love cooking, I like photography and art and I love finding things in vintage shops. I'm happy when I also find time to play tennis and otherwise like to go to the mountains on weekends, either hiking or skiing. I would describe myself as very open, communicate very gladly, but also need rest and withdrawal from time to time. For my shared flat, I wish for an open, uncomplicated, reliable and tidy person, possibly with a regular daily routine, who values cleanliness, maybe cooks with me from time to time and exchanges ideas, as I don't want a purely functional shared flat, although I also appreciate privacy.
