Room in a shared flat

We are renting two unfurnished rooms: a larger bedroom (14.92 m²) as well as a slightly smaller room (10.58 m²), which is ideal as an office or study. Both rooms are bright, cozy, and highly usable. The bathroom is shared. For shared use, a well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful garden, as well as a washing machine and a dryer in the basement are available. An underground parking space is also available. In addition to the base rent, utility costs for water, electricity, heating, and internet apply. Our cat Mira is a quiet and constant roommate who ensures a relaxed atmosphere in the shared flat. We are Jonah (20) and Jan (23) and live together in an uncomplicated manner. We enjoy being outdoors, appreciate a casual atmosphere, and harmonious coexistence. The rooms are also available individually.
