Room in a shared flat

From 01.08.2026, I am renting out a spacious, furnished room in my beautiful attic apartment. The room features: * its own large bathroom with shower and bathtub * access to the roof terrace * use of the kitchen, living area and cellar * own washing machine and dryer * lift directly into the apartment The apartment offers a lot of comfort and a quiet, pleasant living feeling. Important note: I use the room approximately every second weekend, as my two children are visiting me then. During this time, a flexible solution is possible, for example with a sleeping option on the upper floor. The exact arrangement can be discussed together. The rental price is CHF 1200 and takes this special, fair usage situation into account. I am looking for a respectful, reliable person who appreciates a special living situation and can live well with a transparent, trustful arrangement.
