The apartment stays cool in summer and warm in winter because it is equipped with underfloor heating
It is on the 3rd floor with an elevator
In the surrounding area there are all the supermarkets (Coop, Migros, Denner, Aldi, Lidl)
The rent is 1'350.- monthly, including expenses and parking in a garage
Without reconciliation
Pets are allowed
The move-in date is to be agreed upon

A person who takes over the furniture is preferred
(Bed, wardrobe, sofa, TV stand, washing machine, terrace table)
