3-room shared flat near Zoo Dorenbach, Basel. Large balcony, 19m² living room, bathtub, super public transport connections as well as various shopping opportunities and many other great things!

I am looking for a VERY clean and tidy flatmate, for whom cleanliness and order in the shared home are a matter of course. Due to different ideas of cleanliness and interpersonal interaction, living together with my last flatmate unfortunately did not work out. Therefore, it is particularly important to me that we have similar standards in this regard.

For you, it should be a matter of course to leave the common rooms as you found them – tidy and clean.

Furthermore, it is important to me that you truly care about our shared home. I am looking for a flatmate who wants to shape the apartment together with me, brings in their own ideas, and contributes to making us both feel comfortable.

The interpersonal aspect should also fit. I am looking for an open, sympathetic, spontaneous, and active person between 25 and 30 years old, who maintains their own social contacts and has a stable, intact environment. It is important to me that we do not run a pure Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience), but rather get along well, sometimes cook together, do something together, or sit cozily on the balcony. At the same time, of course, each of us should have their own space. I personally enjoy hosting friends. Of course, your friends are also very welcome.
