As of 17 September 2026 (or a few days later), we are looking for a successor tenant for our maisonette penthouse apartment with lake view in a prime location in Zürich-Riesbach. The apartment is located in a listed Riegelhaus in the lower area on the idyllic Flühgasse, one of the most beautiful residential locations in the district. Lake Zürich as well as Bhf. Tiefenbrunnen are reachable in around 5 minutes on foot. From there, the S-Bahn takes you to Zürich HB in 7 minutes. Thanks to the bicycle priority route along Zollikerstrasse, you can also reach Stadelhofen and the city center quickly and easily by bike. Bicycles can be parked behind the house. There is no private parking space for cars, but you can always easily find a parking space in the blue zone. The 4.5-room maisonette apartment extends over the 2nd and 3rd floors.
