1 room apartment

Furnished WG room in Zürich 8004 - central near Bäckeranlage and Langstrasse From 21.08.2026, I am renting out a fully furnished room in a 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor. The subletting relationship is initially limited to 6 months. If living together works well for both sides, the contract can subsequently be extended by another 6 months each time by mutual agreement. A long-term solution is also fundamentally possible. THE ROOM The room is approx. 12 m2 in size, bright and fully furnished, so that an uncomplicated move-in is possible. Equipment includes: \- Double bed \- two nightstands \- Desk with office chair \- TV or monitor, which can be connected to a computer \- integrated webcam, which currently still works, albeit with certain limitations A special highlight is the very large wardrobe with mirrored doors. It is almost 3 meters long and nearly ceiling-high and offers plenty of storage space with various compartments, drawers, clothes rails as well as areas for shoes, jewelry, watches and other personal items. The wardrobe also features integrated external lighting, which can be conveniently controlled via remote control. This ensures pleasant and sufficient lighting of the room, so that normally no additional ceiling lamp is required. During the first 6 months, one of the four large wardrobe compartments remains reserved for some of my personal things. The other three compartments are fully available to the subtenant. At a later date, there is presumably the possibility to release the last compartment as well. Upon request, the room can be handed over completely ready for occupancy, including clean white bed linen, bedspread, pillows and clean white towels. COMMON AREAS The common areas of the apartment can, of course, be used. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things: \- Oven \- Microwave \- Dishwasher \- Refrigerator \- Freezer \- Dining area The space in the refrigerator and in the freezer will be divided fairly between us. The exact division can be agreed upon together. Both appliances are large enough and offer sufficient space for two people. The bright living room is fully furnished and features a sofa, a large table and a television. Additionally, a small balcony is available for shared use. The apartment also features a spacious entrance area and further storage possibilities. BATHROOM The bathroom is shared and features: \- Bathtub with shower option \- Washbasin \- Mirror \- Storage space \- Hairdryer Since it is a shared area, great importance is placed on order and cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. Personal care and cosmetic products should be stored tidily and should not remain permanently in large quantities on the shared surfaces. WASHING AND DRYING A shared washing machine and a dryer are available in the building. Both appliances were replaced only a few months ago and are in very good, almost new condition. The laundry room is used by approximately six households. The respective times for washing and drying can be reserved via a washing schedule or a reservation list. Usage is included in the rental price. Only a reasonable and responsible use is requested. ABOUT ME AND LIVING TOGETHER The apartment will be shared with me. I am 48 years old, originally from Peru, am an industrial engineer and work in the insurance industry.
