Room in a shared flat

Large, modernly furnished apartment in its first occupancy with a roof terrace and views of the mountains as well as the Uetliberg. The roommate is one of my best friends and we have lived together in the apartment for the last two years (both in their early 30s, entrepreneur/ lawyer). Athletic, open and uncomplicated. The apartment is perfectly suited as a shared apartment with two separate rooms and each with its own bathroom. I will be going abroad for work in the coming months and would like to let my room go for the period (current period: 1. July to 31. December), but am also open to discussing the exact dates and an eventual extension is possible.
