Vacant room is looking for a new tenant! I am renting out a fully furnished room in a very bright and large apartment with 2 huge balconies in Leimenstrasse, 200m from tram stops Universität, Musik Akademie and Holbeinstrasse. Barfusserplatz is only 5 minutes away on foot. The room is limited until 31.12.2025 with a possibility to be extended further. The room comes with a double bed, clothes rack, chest of drawers, night table, desk and chair. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, internet) are included. Cleaning of the common areas two times a month is also included. Only Serafe is not included Rest of the house: The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, toaster and waterboiler, and dishwasher. All main shops are close and there are multiple buses and trams right next to the apartment that take you into the city in no time. Washing machine and tumbler are in the cellar.
