Room in a shared flat

To rent: A beautiful, large and bright room with its own bathroom (shower) next to the room. The 4.5 room apartment (new building!) is 5min from the train station on foot, ideal for commuters. In the middle of the center and yet quietly located with cafés, restaurants, shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. I (f) have a baby and a little dog (both very well-behaved!) and am an upbeat person. I work full-time and have childcare for my child. We value our privacy, but are also open to occasional coffee together. We are looking for an uncomplicated and tidy person who is fond of children and animals.
