Room in a shared flat

We are a 7-person shared flat, aged between 52 - 63 years, and have a beautiful south/garden-side room (15m2) in the attic to rent out from November 2026 or by arrangement. Rent is CHF 1000.-/month incl. utilities.
The premises and the garden are very spacious, which offers room for both togetherness and retreat. There are 2 bathrooms to share and a communal kitchen.

We are 4 women and 2 men living together communally, and we are looking for someone for the long term.
