Uncomplicated, young-at-heart and experienced in flat-sharing man, 64, is looking for a roommate who will take over 2 connected rooms in the 3-room apartment starting 1.8.26 on a sublet basis. The apartment is located on the 1st floor at Sennweg 19 in Länggasse, one room has a balcony. Kitchen (also with balcony) and bathroom for communal use. The house was built in 1932 and some things have already been renovated, soon (August-October) the house will be connected to district heating. Interested parties are welcome to contact me.
