Room in a shared flat

Hello! 🌞 There are some changes coming up in our 4-person shared apartment in Fribourg. Rooms will become available starting in August 2026: \- A furnished 16.40 m² room (see picture 1) available for a 5-6 month sublease (August 2026– December/January 2027) (approx. 470.-/month) \* A 15.20 m² room (see picture 2) (approx. 450.-/month) \- A furnished 11.80 m² room (see picture 3) available for a 6-month sublease (August 2026–January/February 2027) (approx. 430.-/month) We are primarily looking for someone who would be willing to take over the main lease with the property management company, so that the other three rooms can remain sublet 😊 You’ll have the pleasure of experiencing the multilingual side of Fribourg, living with two very friendly young women, L. (29), who speaks French, and S. (22), who speaks German—they both speak English together 🙂 The apartment is in a great location, a 10-minute walk from the train station and the Miséricorde campus, 2 minutes from the bus stop, and 5 minutes from a Migros and a Denner. It has two bathrooms, two balconies and a shared kitchen. A laundry room and a bike storage area shared with the building, as well as a basement storage unit, are also available.
