3 ½ rooms apartment

I am subletting my spacious 3.5-room apartment in Zürich. I am a Zürich native, 38 years old, live in Bündnerland and come to Zürich every second weekend (from Fri.-Sun. or Sat.-Sun.). For this reason, I would like to sublet the apartment as a kind of "WG" (shared apartment), in which I partially use one room. You are welcome to use this room freely and set it up, for example, as an office or dressing room – I only require a sleeping option in there (e.g., a sofa bed or a narrow bed) for my weekend visits. The rest of the time, the entire apartment is at your sole disposal. Currently, the apartment is unfurnished. You are very welcome to bring your own furniture. Alternatively, I will take care of the furnishing after consultation. The apartment is located at Hönggerberg and impresses with its spacious floor plan, two balconies, a great view, as well as the direct proximity to the forest and to the ETH.
