Room in a shared flat

I am subletting my room (18m²) in my beautiful, centrally located 3-room apartment. The apartment is fully furnished. Mid-September / mid-October or mid-November for half a year, longer also possible by arrangement, or takeover of the apartment as main tenant, exact dates upon consultation. 1090 Fr. Incl. service charges on account, internet, Netflix, Serafe. Plus EWZ bill every 3 months (approx. 60.- Fr./2). I will be traveling between mid-Sept / mid-November for half a year (I am flexible) and potentially I will also give up the apartment, which is why the apartment and part of the furnishings could be taken over. The apartment: Bathroom with WC and bathtub Kitchen with dishwasher and small dining table Living room with TV, dining table and large (bed) sofa. Balcony with view of the forest Hallway with built-in wardrobe own room with 3 built-in wardrobes other room of my roommate The house: Laundry room and tumble dryer, drying room for shared use for 6 parties of the house. Can be used without prior registration. Cellar compartment for shared use Location: The apartment is located 3 minutes walking distance from the tram stop Waldgarten (Tram 7, 9) and 5 minutes walking distance from the bus station (Frohburg/Waldgarten, Bus 75). The highway entrance is located 3 minutes away. The apartment is located in a 30 zone, no noise from the main road. Opposite the apartment is the forest. 12 minutes walking distance to Irchelpark. 3min to Vitaparcours. Zürich HB in 15 minutes, Bellevue in 18 minutes, Oerlikon in 5 minutes, Bhf Stettbach in 12 minutes In the 30 zone, there are blue zone parking spaces. There is always space! Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Who: We would be happy to have a quiet and open female roommate who also appreciates cooking together or a cozy evening together every now and then. My roommate (f, 32 years) is an Investment Analyst and child nanny, so you will often also have the apartment to yourself. We are looking for a female subtenant who is looking for a temporary home. Someone who is up for a conversation, a shared dinner or movie nights, but also loves their own peace and being alone. Since it is my home, which can become your home and should remain that of my roommate, we wish for someone who is reliable, clean, tidy and shows respect & appreciation towards the furnishings and living together.
