Room in a shared flat

Description of the shared flat: The apartment is located in a dead-end street, only 6-7 minutes' walk from the train station - despite the proximity, it's wonderfully quiet. Thanks to the great connection, the location is optimal: in just one stop, you're in the center of Zürich, and Greifensee, Stadtpark, and Aabach are practically at your doorstep. The shared flat was founded for the first occupancy, which means: everything is new and modern. With its 130 sqm, the apartment is very spacious and openly designed. There are two fully equipped bathrooms - one with a bathtub, one with a walk-in shower, both with a toilet. Perfect for a shared flat! The kitchen is open-plan, has a cooking island, and leads directly into the dining and living area. Additionally, there's a loggia, and underfloor heating is available throughout the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are also available. All bedrooms are roughly the same size; the available room is approximately 17 sqm, very bright, and equipped with a TV connection and underfloor heating. We are: We live with three people in the shared flat. I, Katharina, am 38 years old and work in sports management. I regularly go to the gym, ride a bike, and enjoy spending time in the park or by the lake in the summer. I'm always up for a glass of wine or a after-work beer. Eliane is 37 years old, works part-time in nursing, and is currently doing her PhD. One of her long-standing hobbies is rowing. Best come by and get to know us - the chemistry should definitely be right, since we're not a functional shared flat. We're looking for: Someone who is uncomplicated and wants a relaxed, fun shared flat. You should be suitable for a shared flat, bring interest in community, and not just look for a budget-friendly accommodation. We'd be happy to do something together or spend time with each other in the evenings - e.g., watch a movie or sports on TV or have dinner together. At the same time, we know how to appreciate quiet time, for example, after work, when you want to retreat to your own room. For a harmonious cohabitation, it's essential that we get along well and you also value order and cleanliness. It would be nice if you're in the middle of life and practice respectful interaction. You should be a non-smoker, not bring any pets (unfortunately, I'm allergic to almost all furry animals), and be roughly our age. Additional information: Move-in would be possible by arrangement, but no earlier than September 1st and no later than October 1st, 2026. The rent already includes all additional costs (internet, phone, TV, Serafe, household insurance, heating costs, electricity). We can discuss how you can contribute with your own furniture or use the existing shared flat furniture.
