Room in a shared flat

The room is 19m2 in size, well-lit through two windows and is unfurnished. The apartment has a large living room with a fireplace and a bright open kitchen with a balcony, which are intended for shared use and furnishing. A laundry room, Secomat, and bicycle room are in the basement and are used by all parts of the house. A cellar and attic compartment also belong to the apartment. Additionally, a garage space in front of the house can be rented for Fr. 130.- per month. The apartment is located in the center of Köniz, shopping facilities (Migros/Coop/Aldi) are reachable within 5 minutes on foot, Bern station is 15 minutes away by public transport, and you are quickly in the greenery on foot. About me: I am Jasmin, 26 years old and am looking for a new flatmate, as my current roommate is moving out at the end of the month. I also work in Köniz in a pharmacy and grew up in the area. In my free time, I play the piano and practice the guitar, enjoy reading novels, play computer games, and expand my plant collection. In summer, I am out on my bicycle a lot and help my mother in her garden. I also like to try all kinds of creative activities such as knitting, painting, crafting, etc. When I have a lot going on, I sometimes have to retreat to my room to recharge my batteries. Otherwise, however, I am sociable, enjoy doing things with friends, or enjoy spending time in the shared flat with cooking, game nights, or similar.
