Room in a shared flat

Hey everyone, I will be moving out of my shared flat in August, so I am looking for a replacement tenant. The apartment is located very centrally and there are many shops (Migros, Denner, Coop, Lidl) in the immediate vicinity. Although the apartment is centrally located, you do not experience much of the turbulent life. The room would have furniture inside (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chair). To my knowledge, certain pieces of furniture can be excluded upon request. There is also a usable cellar compartment. Once a month, a cleaning lady comes to clean the bathroom, kitchen and floor.
