**Shared flat room in Wallisellen – Quiet, central and well connected** We are Anna and Joël, both employed and established in life. Since our current roommate is moving out, a room in our apartment is becoming available, which we would like to fill with a suitable **single person**. **We are looking for:** - An **employed person** (25–38 years) - **Non-smoker** (no e-cigarettes either) - **Without pets** - **Tidy, reliable** and with a **healthy balance between socializing and privacy** - Someone who is settled in life and values **respectful coexistence** --- **The room:** - **13.1 m²**, bright with a large window - **Unfurnished/can be taken over furnished**, with dark parquet flooring **The apartment:** - **4-room apartment** (year of construction ~2010) on the **4th (top) floor** directly at the Wallisellen station - **Three bedrooms**, two bathrooms, open kitchen, cloakroom and long hallway - **Spacious living room** with a wide window front - **20 m² balcony** with grill and lounge - **Fully furnished and equipped**, incl. storage room with laundry tower - **Option for an underground parking space** (at an additional cost) - **Cellar compartment** for shared use --- **Location & Connections:** - Wallisellen station directly accessible (1 min. walk via underground garage) - **Low noise pollution**, as the apartment is set back - **Public transport connections:** - S8 (Winterthur–Zürich), S14 (Uster–Zürich), S19 (Pfäffikon–Zürich) - Bus 759 (Wangen–Zürich Flughafen), Tram 12 (Stettbach–Flughafen) - Zürich HB: 8 Min. | Winterthur: 15 Min. | Zürich Flughafen: 15 Min. - **Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity:** Coop, bakery, pharmacy (30 m), Avec, Migros (50 m), Denner (100 m), Glattzentrum (500 m) --- **Our everyday life:** - During the week we work a lot and appreciate the apartment as a **quiet retreat**. - Social evenings (e.g., with a glass of wine or BBQ on the weekend) are welcome, but not a must. --- **Interested?** Then we look forward to your **personal message** with: - Short introduction (Who are you?
