Room in a shared flat

After 2.5 years in the apartment, I am moving out as I am going abroad. Therefore, my room in our 2-person shared flat in a 2-room apartment is becoming available.
You will live with Jacopo. He is in his late 20s, comes from near Venice, works at an AI startup in Zürich, and is an uncomplicated and pleasant flatmate.

Location & apartment
The apartment is super centrally located: Zürich HB is reachable on foot and there are many restaurants, bars and cafés in the immediate vicinity. The Limmat is also quickly reachable on foot.
Bus lines 31 and 32 are less than a minute away, and tram line 8 is also within walking distance. This means you can quickly get to the center and are generally very well connected.
The apartment is modern, well-equipped and has everything one needs in everyday life.

Rent & furniture
The rent is CHF 1’095 per month including all utilities.
Part of the furniture can be taken over separately if interested – details gladly in person.

The apartment is very centrally located: Zurich HB is within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés nearby. The Limmat is also just a short walk away.
Bus lines 31 and 32 are less than a minute away, and tram line 8 is also within walking distance, making it very easy to get around Zurich.
The apartment is modern, well equipped and has everything you need for everyday life.

Rent & furniture
The rent is CHF 1,095 per month including all utilities and additional costs.
