This residence is located 3 minutes on foot from the Renens station, shops and restaurants.

Each tenant must bring their own bedding, towels and crockery.

Internet access is of course possible, provided that you subscribe to a plan with the operator of your choice.

A cleaning service comes once a week for the common areas.

Non-smoking residence.

Rental conditions:

• minimum 6 months rental;
• tacit renewal from month to month;
• termination 3 months in advance for the end of each month, except December.
