We are renting a charming, detached single-family house with a garden in a sunny, central location in Cham. The house features 4.5 rooms, an additional guest room in the attic, as well as spacious cellar rooms. On foot, you can reach the lake, the center, and the train station in 5 minutes.
The house is suitable both for couples or families with a maximum of 4 people as well as for a company headquarters (e.g., living and working under one roof). Pets ok.
It is an older but renovated house with a basement, featuring bright, friendly, and cozy rooms.
In September 2025, a new brine/water heat pump was installed, so heating costs are manageable.
