We are renting out a room in a three-person shared apartment in a spacious, bright apartment directly in the center of Basel from September 1st until the end of June 2027 (10 months).

In the 4.5-room apartment, there are two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a washing machine and dryer. We have a beautiful terrace and a garden. In front of the house, there are bicycle parking spaces and there is also space for bicycles in the basement. Your room would already be furnished with a bed, nightstand, desk, wardrobe and bookshelf.

About us: The shared apartment is currently being newly formed and we are happy to look further together at who else moves in. Basically, we are looking for a person who appreciates good conversation but also likes to have time for themselves, is open to doing something together and appreciates order and cleanliness.

The rent would be 1200.- per month including all utilities & Wlan.

The 4.5-room apartment has two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a washing machine and dryer, as well as a lovely terrace and garden. There are bike parking spaces in front of the building and additional space for bikes in the basement.

Your room comes fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, desk, wardrobe and bookshelf.

A little about us: The flatshare is just being formed, so we’d be happy to decide together who else will join us. We’re looking for someone who enjoys good conversations but also appreciates having their own space, is open to doing things together from time to time, and values a clean and tidy home.

The rent is CHF 1,200 per month, including all utilities and Wi-Fi.
