The apartment has 4½ rooms, is modern, super bright and has a really beautiful view of the mountains. Your room is furnished with a 160 bed and a large wardrobe. Please give your room some love: plants, pictures or decor are welcome. :) In addition, there is: \- large, cozy living room \- top-equipped kitchen \- balcony with mountain view \- garage/cellar for skis, bikes and sports equipment \- bus stop directly in front of the front door Additionally, there is a guest room with a double bed that you can use if no one is visiting at the moment. If you have a car, we will surely find a solution .. Wanted: someone who is up for inspiring co-living and appreciates a cozy home... Dealing with each other in an uncomplicated way, cooking together sometimes, chatting over a coffee or doing something spontaneously is nice. But it is just as okay if you simply need your peace sometimes! You don't have to do yoga or meditate haha, but if you are open, warm and reflective and want a relaxed togetherness, that will probably fit quite well. Age and gender are completely irrelevant. Much more important is that the chemistry is right. Ideally, you speak German, English or Spanish. I am 33, work as a filmmaker and am often on the road because of my job - often also with my self-built camper.. which is all the more I appreciate the time at home. My partner is also traveling a lot for work and is therefore only in the apartment occasionally. Mountain biking, hiking, splitboarding is a given.. but I also like to cook (mostly quite healthy, love cozy evenings with friends and always look forward to good conversations.
