Du liebst die Sonne und stilvolles Wohnen? Du bist ordentlich und sauber, schätzt gelegentliche gemeinsame Abendessen und einen ehrlichen Austausch? Dann bist du hier genau richtig.
Im ersten Stockwerk befinden sich die zwei Schlafzimmer zur Flussseite, ein gemeinsamer Ankleideraum mit genügend Platz für deine Schuhe und Klamotten, zwei Bäder und das Reduit. Oben (Attika) befindet sich die Küche mit einem offenen Wohn- Essbereich und dazu ein grosser Balkon zur Limmat hin. Die Hauptmieterin vermietet alles möbliert, ausser dein ca 12qm grosses Schlafzimmer, du brauchst aber nur ein Bett, der Schrank ist ja bereits im Ankleideraum.
Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustüre, Limmat mit halbprivater Wiese und Grillplatz vorhanden.
Da ich ein neues Studium anfange und nur noch Teilzeit arbeite, kann ich mir die Wohnung leider nicht mehr leisten. Auf den 1. November ziehe ich in eine neue WG und suche deswegen auf Anfang eine Nachmieterin, auch befeistet möglich.

On the first floor are the two bedrooms facing the river, a shared dressing room with plenty of space for your shoes and clothes, two bathrooms and the storage room. Upstairs (top flor) is the kitchen with an open-plan living and dining area, plus a large balcony overlooking the Limmat. The main tenant is renting out the flat fully furnished, except for your bedroom, which is about 12 square metres; you’ll only need a bed, as the wardrobe is already included in the other room.
There is a bus stop right outside the front door, and the Limmat river is nearby, with a shared/private lawn and barbecue area.
As I’m starting a new degree and am now only working part-time, I’m afraid I can no longer afford the flat. I’m moving into a new shared flat on the 1st of November and am therefore looking for a new tenant to take over my tenancy agreement from the start of November; a fixed-term tenancy is also possible.
