Room in a shared flat

I (m 56) am experienced in shared flats and a social pedagogue by profession. I like to spend my free time relaxing, e-biking, and meeting friends. I am offering a beautiful room in a terraced house! The room has an area of approx. 35 square meters and offers enough space for all your personal things. It can only be rented furnished. The living room and the kitchen are available for shared use. There is also a small garden with a lounge and fire pit. A deposit in the amount of one month's rent is due upon signing the contract. I am looking for an open-minded personality – whether male or female – who is at least 30 to xx years old. The room is ideal for students at the FH - Windisch, commuters, but also working people. The "Zelgli" bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. It is a 15' walk to Brugg station, 4' by bicycle, or 8' by bus. To Zurich, it is 25' by train from Brugg, and Basel is 45'.
