Room in a shared flat

Pleasant room of approximately 18 m² in a friendly apartment, located just a 3-minute walk from underfround Chêne-Bourg train station (underground station). The apartment is 26 minutes by train from Geneva city center and Cornavin Station. Bus stops are located right outside the building, and the tram can be reached within a 5-minute walk. Also just 3 minutes away on foot, you’ll find a greenway for cyclists and pedestrians, with bicycle parking available. The room is furnished with a 120 cm single bed and a small sofa. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. Only one other person lives in the apartment. A piano is available in the living room for music enthusiasts. Guests are also welcome to use the small balcony and the green outdoor area, which offers a view of Mont Blanc. I am looking for a quiet and discreet tenant. A public swimming pool is just a 3-minute walk away. Pets are welcome under certain conditions.
