Room – approx. 12 m² Quiet, cozy room with a window facing the inner courtyard and a view of the surrounding hills. Can be taken over unfurnished or with selected furniture. Rent: 495 CHF per month Additional costs: Internet approx. 13 CHF, electricity approx. 13 CHF The Apartment* The apartment is modern, well-maintained, and fully furnished. The kitchen was renovated about two years ago and features a ceramic cooktop with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine, as well as a small dining table for shared meals. It is fully equipped with all common kitchen utensils. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa, a large dining table, and a TV, making it ideal for relaxed evenings or spending time together. The bathroom has also been renovated and is well maintained. It includes a bathtub with shower function, sink with mirror cabinet, and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building. In addition, a storage compartment in the attic belongs to the apartment. *Location* The apartment is well connected yet situated in a quiet area.
