Room in a shared flat

English below... Zur Untermiete, befristet auf max. zwei Monate, ein möbiliertes Zimmer in Altstetten. Die Möbilierung besteht aus 140er Bett, offener Schrank, Schubladen Komödli, Schreibtisch und Stuhl (siehe Bild). Das Zimmer ist 11.5m2 gross und zimliech quadratisch. Die Wohnung ist mega hell und recht gross. Bei Interesse kann ich gerne ein Video-Link teilen. Ich darf leider keine Links im Inserat haben. Die Küche (mit Vorratskammer) ist vollausgestattet. Ansonsten steht zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung zur Verfügung: Wohnzimmer mit Projektor, Balkon mit kleinen Grill, Kellerabteil, Fahrradkeller und gemeinsamer Waschraum. Nebst dem Putzdienst (alle 2 Wochen) soll die Wohnung auch sonst sauber bleiben. Der Reinigungsservice ist nicht in der Miete enthalten. Internet ist 25CHF & dein Reinigungsservice Anteil ist ca. 80CHF falls du nicht selber reinigen willst. Meine Ex-Mitbewohner würden mich wahrscheinlich als angenehem und ruhig beschreiben. Wenn es sich ergibt, können wir gerne mal zusammen kochen/essen. Ich werde jedoch oft unterwegs sein und vor allem am Weekend nicht in der Wohnung sein. The furniture consists of a 140cm bed, an open wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and a chair (see photo). The room measures 11.5m² and is fairly square. The flat is really bright and quite spacious. If you’re interested, I’d be happy to share a video link. Unfortunately, I’m not allowed to include links in the advert. The kitchen (with a pantry) is fully equipped. Other shared facilities include: a living room with a projector, a balcony with a small barbecue, a storage cupboard in the basement, a bike storage room and a communal laundry room. As well as the cleaning service (every two weeks), the flat should be kept clean at other times too. The cleaning service isn’t included in the rent. Internet costs 25 CHF and your share of the cleaning service is around 80 CHF if you don’t want to clean it yourself. My former flatmates would probably describe me as pleasant and quiet. If the opportunity arises, we’re welcome to cook or eat together. However, I’ll often be out and about and won’t be in the flat, especially at the weekend.
