Room in a shared flat

To rent the room you will need: Pay the rent before the end of the month + 2000 deposit + Debt collect extract + Swiss ID/Permit + Proof that you receive income (current payslip/work contract) + Basic knowledge of English is required for communication. The house has a total of four bedrooms, a cozy kitchen, and two bathrooms one with a bathtub. At the moment, the rooms are empty, so each tenant will need to bring their own furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge with freezer, a ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, crockery, glasses, cutlery and a microwave. The building has a shared washing machine and dryer, as well as a dedicated room for hanging and drying clothes all included in the rent. Smoking is not permitted and all house rules must be strictly observed. The House don't have internet. There is also the option of renting a parking space, but this adds costs. In 5 minuts walking distance you have Aldi, Coop, Migros, multiple bus stops and in 10 minutes you are in the train station.
