We are Leander and Roy, both HSG students – one currently doing his Master’s and the other in the final semester of his Bachelor’s – and we are looking for a new flatmate for our shared apartment.

The atmosphere in our flat is relaxed and easy-going. We value a friendly and respectful living environment: we enjoy having a chat or occasionally doing things together, while at the same time everyone has plenty of space and privacy.

The apartment offers around 90 m² of living space and includes a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The rent for the room is CHF 610 per month.

The location is excellent: the flat is located at Linsebühlstrasse 14, 9000 St. Gallen, right on the edge of the old town and next to the Kantonsschule am Burggraben. There is a bus stop directly in front of the building. The university can be reached on foot in around 15–20 minutes, the Marktplatz in about 3 minutes, and the main train station in less than 10 minutes.
