Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet und bietet eine schöne Aussicht über die Stadt sowie ins Grüne. Die vorhandene Einrichtung kann vollständig genutzt werden, gleichzeitig ist noch genügend Platz vorhanden, um einige eigene Möbel und persönliche Gegenstände mitzubringen.
Die Lage ist besonders praktisch: Die Haltestelle Letzigrund befindet sich direkt nebenan, und Migros sowie Coop sind in etwa fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch das Stadtzentrum und andere Teile Zürichs sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar.
Ob zum Arbeiten, Entspannen oder einfach als gemütlicher Rückzugsort - die Wohnung bietet für die sechs Monate ein angenehmes Zuhause.
Ich suche eine zuverlässige und sorgfältige Person oder ein Paar, das gut mit der Wohnung und der Einrichtung umgeht und sich hier genauso wohlfühlen kann wie ich.

I am subletting my bright and cozy apartment for six months from November 1, 2026. It is ideal for a single person or a couple looking for a comfortable and hassle-free home in Zurich for a limited period of time.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, with a beautiful view over the city and towards the surrounding greenery. You are welcome to use the existing furniture, while there is still enough space to bring some of your own furniture and personal belongings.
The location is very convenient: the Letzigrund tram and bus stop is right next door, while Migros and Coop are both about a five-minute walk away. The city center and other parts of Zurich are also quick and easy to reach by public transport.
Whether for working, relaxing, or simply having a comfortable place to come home to, the apartment offers a great temporary home for the six months.
