Room in a shared flat

I am looking for someone who is doing a PhD, working as a postdoc, or already established in their professional life to share a flat in a friendly, easy-going two-person household.
As a physician and researcher, I work a lot and tend to be a night owl. A tidy home, consideration for one another, and the occasional conversation - whether deep and meaningful or light-hearted and casual - are all things I appreciate. Just as important is respecting each other’s personal space while enjoying some time together.

The rent includes a professional cleaning service every two weeks. I will only reply to personalised requests taking my description into account.
