3 ½ rooms apartment

Wir sind eine kleine Familie und suchen im Zeitraum November-Juni (Zeitraum flexibel) eine/zwei Untermieter:innen für unsere Wohnung in Wiedikon, während wir im Ausland sind. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, im Hochparterre, sehr grün und ruhig, und nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss vom Goldbrunnenplatz entfernt. Es ist ein hübscher Altbau mit lieben Nachbarn. Wir fühlen uns jedenfalls sehr wohl! Und viel Platz haben wir auch: Die Wohnung hat neben den beiden Schlafzimmern, Wohn-Küche und Bad auch ein Wohnzimmer und ein Arbeitszimmer.

We are a small family looking for one or two subtenants for our apartment in Wiedikon from November to June (dates flexible), while we are abroad. The apartment is fully furnished, on the raised ground floor, very green and quiet, and only a 2-minute walk from Goldbrunnenplatz. It’s a charming old building with lovely neighbors. We feel very comfortable here! There’s also plenty of space: the apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a living room and a study. The apartment can be rented by one person or two.
